- Who do you work with?
- We engage with businesses doing $30K+/mo revenue (or local equivalent), at least $6K/mo ad budget, a team of 8+, and 12-month partnership intent. If you're earlier-stage we'll tell you plainly — the system investment was designed for that segment.
- How are you different from other agencies?
- Classic agencies run ads — we build systems. We design the ad → CRM → sales → AI agent chain on one spine. The system, once built, runs without us — which is why we don't take month-to-month engagements.
- Do you use off-the-shelf SaaS for AI?
- No. WhatsApp AI agent, voice agent, dashboard, sales AI — each is built for your brand, your data and your operations. We use base layers like Wasender, Retell and OpenAI, but the upper layer is fully custom code, owned by you.
- When will I start seeing results?
- 2–4 weeks: first meaningful conversion signals (response time, lead quality). 1–2 months: measurable lift. 6–12 months: durable, scalable growth. Quick-win promises aren't our playbook.
- Do you also strengthen my sales team?
- Yes. Our sales consulting service includes 20+ live call audits, vertical persuasion architecture, an objection library, team training and KPI/motivation design. Great ads with a weak sales team is just expensive leakage.
- How do you make ad spend more efficient?
- A/B/C creative testing, multi-channel attribution discipline (UTM + server-side events), funnel-leak closure and AI-driven creative optimization. In a typical engagement, cost-per-lead drops 40–60% within 60 days.
- How does the engagement start?
- 20-minute discovery call → mutual fit assessment → in-depth funnel audit → partnership offer (6–12 months). If we don't think working together makes sense, we tell you. That's a service too.
- You're based in Marbella and Dubai — can you serve local markets?
- Yes. The base gives us legal transparency for global clients and timezone flexibility across Turkey, EU and the Gulf. Turkish operations run on Turkish hours; for in-person work we travel to Istanbul on a regular cadence.
